18 1/2 Months Old

This week, our family joined some of Garrett's family (his parents and one of his brother's families) down in Salt Lake City. We got to play in her cousin Keenan's pool, go to the dinosaur museum, and visit an aquarium along with see some friends, go to a few nice restaurants, and go to IKEA. There are also a few pictures of happenings around our home. Enjoy!
Kami started out enjoying the pool.

The first time she went down the slide...

she was feeling pretty good about things.

The second time...

she wasn't so thrilled...

and Keenan tried to comfort her.

Now she's better.

She's pretty cute.

Kami is captain of the aquarium ship! Land ho!

Looks like Dad had more fun at the dinosaur museum than Kami or Grandma did.

Kami and Keenan will ride off into the sunset on their...err...dinosaur thingy...

That IS how she rolls.

Kami and Keenan are fascinated with the book Grandpa is reading to them! Kami is also fascinated with picking her nose. It's her new thing. Fantastic.

They love hearing Grandpa read to them!

Kami was nice enough to share her dinosaur puzzle with Keenan and Grandma.

This kid loves ice cream cones, especially when Grandma buys them for her!

Kami is starting to read at a very young age. Well, maybe not "read..."

Yeah, from now on, she'll be sleeping with pants on!

This is the face she makes when you say, "Kami, say cheese!"

Kami was thrilled to have birthday cake for someone else's birthday.

18 Months Old!

I know I'm late, so I'll get straight to the pictures. Kami is now officially 1.5 years old. We went camping for a night to see how the Price family would hold up and we were successful. We've also been enjoying the warm weather with visits to the pool. That's all I've got!

This was a prayer labyrinth that we found on our way out of our campsite.

What a sweet set-up!

Would you just look at that face?

Note the scrape on her chin. She face-planted it while crawling downhill.

Kami in action!

Ooohhh...a flashlight!

Kami loves sitting around the fire telling stories.

She really emphasizes things with her hands.

Especially when she wants another cookie.

Dad obeys her commands. Good dad.

She still loves this bear!

We even got her a Kami-sized chair just for this camping trip.

Kami helps herself to the buffet table.

Wonder why she looks so pleased?

It's because there's bark over there just ready for the eating!

Kami was exhausted after the camping trip. Just like mom and dad.

Popsicles are excellent for cooling a sweet girl down on a hot day.

Looks like she could use one right about now.

This is Kami's new mode of transportation around the house.

This kid was not thrilled to be going to the pool this particular day.

We still tried, but the pool trip didn't last long.

Kami likes taking her baby for a walk on the porch.

This is mom's solution to a hot day when I'm too lazy to walk to the pool.

Kami is a great helper when it comes to watering the garden.
