17 Months Old

These past few weeks have been some fun ones. Kami has the sweetest personality and is figuring out quickly that when she wants something, she will more than likely get it. If she wants to go on a walk, she comes and grabs our hand and leads us outside. If she wants a snack, she opens the pantry and either gets what she wants or points at it and makes noise. We got to spend a lot of time together and even went to the new pool in our subdivision and enjoyed the nice weather while it lasted, which wasn't long. Enjoy the sweet girl! There are a lot of pictures to make up from the last post, so bear with it-it’s worth it!
Kami was giving dad some swimming lessons.
Isn't she cute in her bathing suit?

No running around the pool!

Dad was sneaking up on her and she thought it was funny.

Kami decided to push herself to the park.

This is how Kami likes to slide.

Dad and Kami getting ready to go down the big slide.Kami LOOOVES bark!
This is how Kami likes to point-with all her fingers. She looks like a little Who from Who-ville.

I love eating and my panda!

She's still got that Bubba-Gump face.

She loves her car toy and rollin' through the kitchen.

Where's dad at?

Here's how Kami gets into a chair. Face first.

As long as she can get that second leg up, she has success!
Kami had a lot of fun hanging out in her car seat while I washed the cover. Weird.

Here's how Kami eats oatmeal with her off-the-shoulder look.

She really can use a spoon...

Kami was not amused with the headband. I was just trying to keep her hair out of her face!

Kami can now throw her own diaper away. It's nice, too, when she doesn't dig in the trash and drag stuff out.

Cute smiley montage:

See-she's cute!

Maybe one day, Kami can be as good as dad at Rock Band. She's always looked up to him.

Applause!

This is what happens when Kami craps her pants and mom doesn't have an extra pair on hand, but has wisely accessorized with a scarf.

I had not heard about the crapping at church incident. That will teach me to go out of town.

The sarong look suits her. You could just start dressing her like that regularly and she would still be cute! Great photos! I'm jealous of the pool!!

Well, you can definitely come over and use it any time! I'll give you the key. If it gets nice sometime, we should have a BBQ and swim time!
