48 Weeks Old

This week was the week that the Prices got into the holiday mode. On Tuesday, my whole family (my parents and brother/sister-in-law combo and us) went to the Idaho Botanical Gardens for the Winter Garden A Glow event where the whole place is all lit up like a Christmas tree. It was a lot of fun with everybody there. Also, on Sunday afternoon, the Price-Bewley clan went on a Christmas tree journey trying to find the perfect tree, which took a bit longer than expected. We drove in to Boise to a "tree farm" that was actually about twenty trees in someone's back yard and the trees were about three feet tall or brand new little treelings. It was pretty disappointing since we had all loaded up in our car with the trailer and drove for forty minutes trying to find the place. Oh well. Plan B was non-existent, so we made one up on the way to my parents' house (they're leaving for Hawaii tomorrow, so we needed to say good-bye). We ended up going to a lot where Chad and Tara got there tree from last year. We then brought it home and got it all decorated! Time to go out and get some presents to put under that tree!

P.S. Kami took two steps for Grandpa this week. We had to make her promise she wouldn't take anymore until the grandparents got back from their trip, but she may be walking by Christmas!

A worn-out little girl after a long day.

The piece de resistance. Worth it!

Kami loves to put everything in her mouth lately. Here she is eating her seal...

and the wrong side of her pacifier holder.

You can sort of see her fifth tooth coming in on the top.

Our daughter has become quite the stinker when it comes to eating. She wants to eat on her own, so this is what some of her meals look like lately-some cheese, a few grapes, a bit of bread...

Kami can use her sippy cup on her own, but sometimes she refuses and throws it away.

She was quite enjoying her black beans, mandarin oranges, and English muffin.

Sneaking a few drinks of her bottle.

I love that the "Price-Bewley" name tag made it in to your blog!
Great photos, as always!
