I've finally gotten around to getting these pictures organized, so here's the second part of October. We had some birthdays (Grandpa Dokken's and Patsy's), Halloween, and a visit from Grandma and Papa since mama and dada went to Hawaii. Kami got to dress up in two different costumes. One was a pair of butterfly wings and a pirate sword (for a school party) and the other was Wonder Woman, courtesy of Grandma. Brooklyn was a panda, because every kid I have is going to wear that panda costume! Kami had lots of fun going trick-or-treating and got some good treats. She also gave herself a bit of a haircut, so in next month's post, you'll see her new 'do. It was sad to see so much hair go, but it is much easier to comb.
Take a good look at this shot. Look at that long hair!
Fell asleep watching a show in our room. Sweet girl.
She loves the washer!
Can you tell she just got done throwing a fit?
Kami will be a 49ers fan if Grandpa can help it. She had fun wearing Grandpa's "hack."
These girls are talented mess-makers.
Brooklyn has become quite the climber and loves to get into sister's chair and rock.
Getting ready for our evening run.
Does this thing really work?
Cool girl in her sister's sunglasses.
What's Brooklyn doing over there?
Just trying to put Mr. Potato Head's glasses on dada.
Steering two strollers isn't as easy as you would think. She yelled a lot...
This panda's outta here! Look familiar?
Foraging for food.
Wonder Woman with her lasso of truth. Trick or treat!
Look at that attitude...
Kami wanted butterfly wings and a pirate sword, so that's what she got. They got to go to a Halloween party with our daycare lady, and Kami had a blast.
"Helping" Grandpa open his birthday presents.
Brooklyn wants in on it now.
Having fun with the leaves.
I couldn't get Jonah and Brooklyn to look at the camera at the same time, but Happy Birthday Grandpa!
Sweet sisters playing together.
